The Application Process:

    Students are accepted into Eastwood's environmental science program by the application process of Baltimore County Public Schools' Office of Magnet Programs.  Parents of all interested students should submit a completed application form to the Office of Magnet Programs by the deadline printed on the application.  Students, who would otherwise attend Berkshire, Colgate, Dundalk, Grange, Logan, Norwood, or Sandy Plains Elementary Schools, are admitted on a space-available basis.  Students outside the geographical location are considered for admission to Eastwood with the understanding that parents would be responsible for student transportation.  Younger siblings of students currently enrolled in the program who complete an application will receive placement if space allows.  All other spaces will be assigned by a centralized random selection process.
